The lockdown rules are changing, and we are now allowed to rent self-catering accommodation elswehre in England! So, for the first time in many months, we are away from London!!!
We are in Hastings (East Sussex) for two nights, got here last night, ahead of lock down lift - I know it is not exactly according to the rules, but our hosts did not mind.
Even in this cold weather, it feels amazing just being somewhere else, by the sea.
We got here at low tide and so even found a small crab who was waiting for the tide to come back so that he could avoid being eating by the herring gulls.
And the gulls are everywhere here!
My Actifit app did not capture much activity, although my phone showed over 10K steps, dedpite us spending 3 hours driving here.
