[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2021

Uświadomiłam sobie dzisiaj, że od jakiegoś czasu wstaję rano z bólem nóg. W sumie nic dziwnego, dreptam dzielnie na te spacery z Bomblem, i jest to zasadniczo cała moja aktywność. Zgroza, od moich ulubionych treningów minęło już 11 miesięcy! A od tych delikatnych, ciążowych - około 4 miesiące. A co najważniejsze, od tamtej pory zero rozciągania. I stąd chyba ten ból nóg - wędrują, a w ogóle nie są rozciągane.
Od tego więc zaczęłam tej dzień - Bombel sobie trenował leżenie na brzuszku, a ja się porozciagalam przez 15 minut. Wdzięczne mi były nie tylko nogi, ale i plecy, w których też ostatnio jakąś taką sztywność czułam. Wniosek jest jeden. Ludzie! Rozciągajcie się! 😉

I realized today that I had been getting up in the morning with leg pain for some time. No wonder, I go bravely on these walks with the Baby, and it is basically my whole activity. Omg, it's been 11 months since my favorite trainings! And from the delicate, pregnancy ones - about 4 months. And most importantly, no stretching since then. And that's probably the reason of the pain in the legs - they work every day, and they are not stretched at all.
So that's how I started this day - the Baby was training lying on his belly, and I was stretching for 15 minutes. It was good not only for my legs, but also for my back, in which I have also felt such stiffness recently. There is only one conclusion. People! Stretch out! 😉


Dziś niewiele - regeneracja ważna sprawa.

Today only short walk - regeneration is important.
