Poszliśmy sobie dzisiaj szybko na małe zakupy, a potem pojechaliśmy z Bomblem do Kato. Bombla przejął tam Tatuś na mały spacer po rynku i okolicach, a ja poleciałam do fizjoterapeuty. Po zajęciach do nich dołączyłam, ale nie chodziliśmy już dużo.
Z miłych wieści, to fizjoterapeutka jest bardzo zadowolona ze stanu moich mięśni brzucha i rany po cc. Dostałam zielone światło na delikatną jogę, niewymagajacy rower oraz basen 🥳
Teraz tylko trzymać kciuki, aby czwarta fala sami wiecie czego, nie zamknęła mi basenów na jesień.
We went out to do some quick shopping, and then we went with the Baby to Katowice. There the Baby was taken over by Daddy for a short walk around the market square and its vicinity, and I went to a physiotherapist. After therapy I joined them, but we didn't walk much.
Good news, the physiotherapist is very pleased with the condition of my abdominal muscles and the c-s wound. I got the green light for gentle yoga, an undemanding bike and a swimming pool 🥳
Now just keep your fingers crossed that the fourth wave of you know what, will not close swimming pools for the fall.
