My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2020

I woke up early today and went out for a ride even if the weather is gloomy.

At first I was hesitant to go out 'coz I can feel some droplets on my jacket. So I was thinking about just a short ride on the boulevard nearby.

But I saw a guy riding on a bike going towards the baywalk so I decided to do the same.

I reached the end of the baywalk area. I was thinking I could go on the other end but unfortunately it's not allowed to pass on the capitol area.

So I just went home. I thought it was just around 10 kms. But as I checked my Strava app. I reached 15.3 kms.

It was just a relax ride, I didn't feel like I was tired after. So I walked outside for several minutes. At 8 am I already reached 9k count.

So my next goal is 10k at 10 am for the #Automaticwin and I reached it.

Then I started with some chores, I washed the dishes, cleaned the kitchen and the living room. In the afternoon I just relaxed and took a nap then I went to my wife's place and will stay here again for a night.
