So if you read my Day 0 post you will know I am trying to recover my body.
Well, it's been 2 weeks since I was released from hospital. I must have jinxed things as todY, 10 minutes into my routine, my rowing machine broke. 😑
The footplate came clean off. The casing cracked. I can't use it now.
I managed to do se home gym exercises instead but it was pretty icy out. Given my stability issues thought it wasn't time to go out by myself. That's why the rowing machine was so good for me.
I decided to create a table for each day's progress because it will help me to see my progression as I recover.
