So if you read my Day 0 post you will know I am trying to recover my body.
I have been feeling a lot better in the last couple of days. I often find now that I forget I have a problem which is a good sign. My walking feels natural which is incredible considering how hard I was finding it to walk just a couple of weeks ago.
I still have some minor problems, particularly with my eyesight but it's still improving and I hope to be fully normal in a couple of weeks.
As such, this is my last rehab post of this format. I will still report on my progress. I used to run a few times a week and hope to get out again soon. Not quite there yet.
Anyway, today I had my nephew visiting and we took him to see some of the sights of London. We walked over 12 km around the city.
