That's a chunk of beef ribs I did last weekend. They were delicious. But yea yesterday was busy. I hit 20k! Too bad nobody reads these. Maybe I'll be proved wrong. Comment with something that's not automated to prove me wrong. Ready.... Go!
Edit: I was feeling pretty good last night and had to get this up before going to sleep, I feel like I didn't do my beef ribs justice. So here we go. Just put salt, pepper, and garlic powder as a rub. Put them on the smoker at 8am and tried to keep the temp around 250. After 3 hours I started spraying them every hour with a white vinegar/hot sauce mix. I wanted to wait until they hit 205°, but boy did they take longer than expected. After 11 hours, I was at 185° and went ahead and took them off since people were waiting. The bones slid right out and boy were they good. Definitely a successful 1st beef rib experience, but next time I'm going to start even earlier.
