Daily raport... the most important thing is to know when to stop

My plan for today was quite ambitious, I went for run to do previously planned 10K route. The weather was even good, even though I got a little wet during the training, but it just an ordinary drizzle. From the beginning I felt a slight pain in my left knee, but it passed quickly, unfortunately at the fifth kilometer pain came back with double the strength. I could still run, but every step was painful. That's why I decided to give up, stop running and come back home by walking a shorter way. I have already had such an injury a few times in my running career, so I know that I will have to let go of running for a few days, but after a week I should come back to running.
In amateur sport the most important thing is to know when to stop, because it's very easy to have a serious injury that can eliminate us from training for a long time.

POL Mój plan na dziś był ambitny, wyjść pobiegać po zaplanowanej wcześniej trasie, której długość wynosi 10 kilometrów. Pogoda nawet dopisała, chociaż w trakcie treningu zmoczył mnie trochę deszcz, ale nie było to oberwanie chmury, tylko zwykła mżawka. Od początku czułem niewielki ból ścięgna w lewym kolanie, ale szybko to minęło, niestety na piątym kilometrze wróciło ze zdwojoną siłą. Co prawda mogłem wciąż biec, ale każdy krok sprawiał mi ból. Dlatego postanowiłem odpuścić, zakończyć bieganie i wrócić do domu marszem krótszą drogą. W swojej biegowej karierze miałem już parę razy taką kontuzję, więc wiem, że przez parę dni będę musiał odpuścić bieganie, ale po tygodniu powinienem wrócić do biegania.
W sporcie amatorskim najważniejsze jest wiedzieć kiedy odpuścić, bo bardzo łatwo o poważną kontuzję, która może wyeliminować nas z treningów na długi czas.

Wiem co mówisz. Mam przy tym problem zupełnie inny niż większość, mnie boli brak ruchu. Mogę biegać, wędrować, chodzić, jeździć na rowerze, ale jak usiądę w autobusie czy aucie to nie umiem z niego wyjść...

Tutaj wcale nie mam na myśli metaforycznych problemów - tylko wyglądam jak jakaś stara baba co nie umie z autobusu wyjść 🤣
