First day out of lockdown should be a celebration. With 6 months of this, it is hard to break out of the patterns. I had it in my head to go for a long ride. That did not happen. Went for a shorter ride and walked a track that was closed last time

The week before Christmas the dyanella produces this vibrant fruit

This is what the track work has been about. Leveled out some rocks and rebuilt parts of the track
Scrambled up the cliff side to check a rock orchid - found these leaves up there but no flower spikes
Cestichis orchid up high - no flowers
Found this painted stone on the way down. It got a new home further along the track
Hashtag on the back helps ID #nbsr - Northern Beaches Surf Rescue perhaps
New home is somewhere further along the track but not as far as this view site.
Back on the bike and up the hill - not yet found the orchid of the day

Did a little garden tidy up - weed killer on front lawn. Hope it does not rain for a few hours. I had not checked the forecast
