Christmas breaks to a partly cloudy day with a forecast to cook up a bit. No chance to spend the day with my children all to do with the pandemic. We went with a friend to her family event. The house is not far from Sydney Harbour which offered up a.nice cooling breeze. Event felt like watching a goldfish bowl from outside. Quietly sat and watched as the booze flowed. I was designated driver.
King parrot was happy to see us get home. Was a day of sitting - not many steps.
Did cook steak bbq when I got home. Did drink some red wine. Did talk with my oldest son - he also had a quiet day in isolation.
