We take time out for small tasks. But most important for our health, it is difficult to take even 1 hour out of 24 hours. Everyone imagines good health, but very few people make efforts for good health. The more rest the body gets, the more lazy the body will become. Elderly people did not used to say that a healthy mind is made in a healthy body. The importance of a healthy body is understood only when there is no sleep at night, food is not digested properly, or as soon as there is a slight change in the weather, symptoms like cold, cold, fever start. If this happens then surely we are the ones responsible somewhere.
Now I finished my activities that is only 5K steps. Once again due to over work fail to go outside. Even fail to get chance for physical maintenance. I think next one more week will be more busy .
