My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2021

Wishing you very lovely Sunday..
This is my whole day's activities that I did throughout the day to take my score over 7k steps. Few minutes before I returned from the market. Actually I was looking for dry milk. Unfortunately I fail to get it . Mostly shops were closed due to weekend lockdown.. Sometimes at morning when milkman come late then I use dry milk for tea.. Today again it was raining since morning and continue till afternoon.
Being Sunday holiday, mostly time I remained at room but at the time of evening I decided to walk by pedestrian. Me and my one friend that is almost at the age of retirement ( not from life but from job that may be possible in 2022) decided to go for evening walk. We were talking about the recent highlights taking covid-19 along with some political talks. We walked over than one hour. Really it was a fantastic evening. When I returned I was physically exhausted and also feeling hungry.
anyway today my score is pretty good that is over 7k steps that I get by walking and moving around the house.
