I managed to hope on the cycle for a bit then hit the punching bag after that and finished it up with a bit of weights! I wish that I can keep this momentum going in between the days I don’t play soccer and to start getting a regular nights sleep and eating healthy!
Seems trying to find the balance between all 3 is really hard for me! Need to make new habits for sure! Mans feeling quite sluggish of late, need to break it and snap out of the funk
