Another double activity yesterday to reach more than 18k steps.
In the morning I went to archery field.
I was alone because lot of people are competing in the weekends so I had a lot of time to train.
Starting with a 18m target
I tried to close the range to the center and this was my best for the day:
54/60 points.
Then I decided to try 25meters target.
First try was awful!!!
But, hey, it was the very first time!!
Then I started to calibrate shot and score increased:
with a nice 43/60.
I have, of course to improve...
All these volée leads to:
In the evening, before dinner, when the temperature started to decrease I went out for a running session
About I hour and very close to 7 km
Improvement needed in running too.
I have to say that it was very hot (about 32°)
Nice day overall
