Double post for Friday and Saturday because, as often happens, I forgot to post.
New personal bests on Friday running workout.
Distance and speed record awarded but I have to say that my legs,at the end of the workout were similar to wood 😁 I think is time to do some stretching.
Anyway this is the result:
On Saturday I went out with my second son on a journey with his school class with a lot of games and fun. I took some pictures and did a lot steps following the children
