Şimdi dışarıda şu kadar saat yürüdüm demek isterdim ama maalesef bugün evde geçirdim.

Ama evde boş durmadım tabi. Ev işlerine ek olarak hareketler yaptım. Faydalı bulduğum videoları ara ara paylaşırım.
