Been off work today. But I have felt just off in generel the entire day.
It wasn't before I sat with my eyes closed, took deep breathes and counted down from 50 on the train that I felt better and more like myself.
Had a good hour long convo with the roomie before he went into his room for contiunious gaming hehe.
We talked about doing backpacks journeys together sometime in the near future.
We also talked about my need for travel alone the coming year, just to get out there and experience stuff instead of feeling stuck.
I also went for a very very short run, but it seems to calm my mind and lets me chill and wonder more deeply.
I am currently listen to a podcast by Ben Brown called "New Perceptions" on spotify, while I just stare up in my ceiling.
