I took my morning walk to the Owen Rose Garden and back, and then to the grocery store and back. I feel a little guilty about not being more ambitious for a #macfit competition day, but I was 10k steps behind on the first day of this round and it doesn’t seem wise to risk overexerting myself in the heatwave conditions we’re experiencing here in Oregon.
