There are many ways of living a simple life.
For me, it's just right there on my finger tips.
Exercise has always been my way of relieving stress and too many thoughts.
I've done this for a long time and it has never failed me.
Today's work schedule never gave me the opportunity to exercise myself, but my actifit app was just there doing the counting.
I went from work to buying things, hanging out with my friend to sleeping in rest for the day.
That's how my day went.
For the record, Nigeria is well qualified for the stage of the African Cup Of Nations.
Yeah, that's a good one for me as I've ever wished for that to happen.
We're getting bigger everyday.
