Another day weighing at or below 205 pounds. I think that is definitely a good sign for some progress in losing weight. As the experts have found out, it is better to slowly lose the weight instead of a crash diet, because you will most likely regain back all of it when you fall off the diet.
For the quarter of the walk, the streets were quiet enough for me to hear a guy on his electric bike go by. Then there were a few cars at the big intersection, the first of which almost missed the stop sign. Good thing I saw it coming and decided to not step out onto the crosswalk.
After that, the walk was uneventful. I thought I was doing better on time, but only shaved off a minute. That could have been from leaving the house earlier.
I am still getting a headache over my left eye and after the walk when I start my push-ups. Hopefully that's just a small sinus infection and not something worse.
