I decided to take a 29 min Cardio HIIT workout mainly because I hadn't exercised for 5 days already. I knew it was not going to be easy but I felt that I needed to pay something for those lazy days.
I also wanted to track my activity and there is no better way than to do that with Actifit. I did a 5min warm-up routine after starting the cardio to avoid as much as possible any type of injury.
I love doing cardio HIIT routines because they are fast and energy-boosting. I prefer to do them early in the morning but I don't always have the chance, so today I did it before making lunch.
Below is the video I used for today's routine. This channel is my first option when I need to work out at home.
