This is my very first Actifit report. I think I've tried it once before but I couldn't figure out how to use it. I'm still confused about some of the features. Although, I'm willing to learn this time.
Photo is from my morning walk on the weekend. I take 50 minutes walk everyday. With my daily walk and moving here and there, I take about 7000 to 12,000 step everyday.
