Welcome to my blog, it's another working day.
For some time now, a biometric attendance system was installed in my work place and workers have complained severally against it but to no avail, but today the entire workforce through our union gave a matching order to it's members across the State to stop using the biometric attendance system till further notice.
We spent a greater part of today in meetings following the developments strategizing on how best to approach the issue at hand.
