La mia carta resoconto Actifit: maggio 31 2020

Ieri mattina mi sono svegliato pieno di energia e appena alzato sono andato a farmi una corsa di un'oretta, 5 km in corsa e 2 km in recupero. Per niente stanco, nel pomeriggio ho fatto una bella camminata nella campagna toscana, in cerca della casa dove era nato mio nonno materno. Quindi ho percorso circa 6 km tra strade che passano in mezzo al bosco, tra campi rigogliosi e poderi abbandonati.
Quando ero piccolo mio nonno mi portò in questi posti per prendere alcune piante di ciliegio selvatico da innestare. Mi insegnò anche ad innestare ma non ho sviluppato queste preziose conoscenze, rimangono solamente dei cari ricordi.
Al ritorno un bell'aperitivo da godermi all'aperto.
