My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2021

Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!

Off to the dentist it was for me, today. He filled a tooth on the upper left and then tackled that last bottom molar on the right. My lower teeth apparently need a nerve block for any work to be done on them. I had half f my tongue numb; both sides of my face numb. I couldn’t talk at first without slurring everything and a bit of a drool problem, lol! It’s all done for now. However, the bad news is that I need 3 crowns and the one I have is cracked and will give way when they go to fix the one next to it! Needless to say, I’m taking a little break from going while I figure out which one to begin!

It was a very cold but sunny day today, so we headed out for a hike with Jan.

@actifit-lamb and Winchester were the only two willing to venture out in the cold. They did have their mittens on, though.

After we got home, I fixed an Irish cream mocha and relaxed for a bit. Then I roasted 4 pounds of coffee for my customer who is currently residing in Rhode Island while she works on a book. I also needed to roast 2 for us.

Soon it will be time for dinner and then later, time to go to bed. It’s been a good day.
