Hey everybody and thanks for stopping by!

Today found me at work as usual for a Wednesday, and what I thought was going to be a relatively nice and easy day, turned into one hectic day! We were not booked, which is unusual in itself, but then we had folks who had scheduled 2 appointments turn into 4 total and another one, turn into 2. Plus a couple of call ins who came today as well. It was suddenly very busy!😅 it seemed like all I did was get up from my task at hand at my desk and go up front to help a patient, but my step count might lead one to think all I did was sit. Not so! I was just glad to see the day end!

Upon leaving for the day, this was the view of the Cascade Mountains.

Very contrasting to the eastern twilight-ish sky.

A couple of errands and I was home. I was ready to enjoy a hazelnut mocha and head up to my loft to begin the evening’s blogging activities.
