I totally get where you are coming from! I've done the pacing in the house before. If you can, watch a movie on your phone while you pace; it will make the time go by quicker. Good job with your 5029 @actifit steps. Take care and be safe!

Thanks! I do listen to music or an audiobook while I am at it. Reduces the monotony of pacing up and down the same rooms. I don't think I can watch a movie though - too many things lying around over which I could trip...lol.

Maybe try it anyway! I have doorways and and island in the kitchen, and I seem to not kill myself while pacing. You might enjoy the challenge! Have a good one!

I will, when I pace a bit slower one of these days. Actually, I walk pretty fast for a home walk just so as to maximize the benefit of the exercise, breaking into a short-stepped run sometimes.

But it does work beautifully on a home treadmill(alas, but I gave mine away last year) or in a gym. I've watched many a program on YouTube or learned from some video courses while on a treadmill even when on a run.

Thanks for coming back to comment!
