Hi and Goodbye

Almost everything those who have start must have an end. Ending is not everything ending is another hope to meet up again. In my educational life I have left more than 6 institutions. There are always such kind of scenario of reception and farewell. In that context we must say that the Institutions will run long but its product like students will come up and will go out from the institute. That is basically the rule of this world it is not only acceptable for the Institutions but also for this world as well. We had many of our predecessor who left us and we will also leave this world and there will be no existence of us within very short time. But the world will remain here with its same fashion or with some change. But its product will come up and we'll go out. This happens to us and our planet.

When someone new comes to our organisation we welcome him and if someone goes out we try to farewell him. This is natural scenery you but we need to keep in mind that we will not sustain in the institute for longer period of time. It should be our duty to keep in mind this real fact all the time so that we can have some influence all good work for the organisation by thinking that one day we will not be here so we should do our right work and in that way our foot step will be in the institutions in the form of our work. This is the best way to think about the organisation that we should do something best for your organisation so that after our farewell someone feel as realise our work and thank us for our sacrifice.

The change will continue and our Desire should be to make the Institutions or the planet better and even much better than us for our next generation. If we can think in that where hopefully we will not be here in this planet but there will be a lot of things what we have done for this planet which will be availed by our next generations and they will thankful to US and hopefully by this way we will be e long live in the heart of them. People will not survive in this world but his work will remain if it is good then for longer period of time. We have a lot of example of such kind of people. But for bed work someone is still remembered not by appreciating but by denouncing. So we we need to target on appreciating by our good deeds. Thank you very much for stopping by
