Power of a dustbin

Sometimes we ignore the small things around us but it is not good at all because small things are handy in many cases. In a office you can find a number of high officials but if there is no cleaner in the office then you can imagine what will happen to the office. Sometimes we ignore the work of our Lower Subordinate but their contribution is massive in our office at workplace.
Let's think about any office without cleaners or gardener then you can easily understand how important their work is. Sometimes we denounce them for their holding post but as a team it is a teamwork. When the performance of any organisation employees like higher officials are good then there is obviously a good contribution of it from the the lower subordinate as they are supporting in the back end continuously.

Dustbin is a a ignoring element in our surrounding places but without this dustbin the other places could not be clean. So dustbin is like a lower subordinates is a powerful tool to make any area net and clean. So in that sense we can easily understand the small things and ugly things are not silly. we need to take care of everything whatever the position for goodness in any part of the team. Everything is matter of teamwork so when any part of the team is is contributing a small part but it is obviously and important part that we should keep in mind and consider positively.
