this time I want to take the opportunity to share with you my daily report of physical activity which I do in the morning when I left my house

Esta vez quiero aprovechar la oportunidad para compartir con ustedes mi informe diario de actividad física que hago por la mañana cuando salí de mi casa

And what did you do Alejandro? Well let me tell you that my day started at 6 in the morning when I woke up to prepare breakfast and I could see that it was going to be a sunny day. So it was the perfect opportunity to get out of my house to do healthy physical activity even though it took several hours to complete it I think it's really worth it

Y qué hiciste Alejandro? Bueno déjame contarte que mi día inicio a las 6 de la mañana cuando me desperté a prepararme el desayuno y pude notar que iba a ser un día soleado Así que era la oportunidad perfecta para salir de mi casa a realizar una sana actividad física aunque demore varias horas para completarla pienso que es algo que realmente vale la pena

On my trip I went through a place that I found interesting because it had a wide view where you could clearly see the mountains in the distance and it was a landscape that at the time I found interesting So I decided to keep it in a photograph

En mi viaje, pasé por un lugar que me pareció interesante porque tenía una vista amplia donde se podían ver claramente las montañas en la distancia y era un paisaje que en ese momento me pareció interesante, así que decidí mantenerlo en una fotografía

I feel like this place has a good vibe, so I always like to go through the same place to feel that good energy

Siento que este lugar tiene una buena vibra, así que siempre me gusta pasar por el mismo lugar para sentir esa buena energía

I felt comfortable being able to carry out this activity today since in the previous days I had not been able to record my daily activities. In the end I can say that it was a great day, for me it is quite a good satisfaction to have been able to exceed the goal of 10,000 daily steps

Me sentí a gusto al poder realizar esta actividad el día de hoy ya que en los días anteriores no había podido registrar mis actividades diarias. Al final puedo decir que fue un gran día, para mí es una satisfacción bastante buena el haber podido superar la meta de los 10000 pasos diarios
