As long as there still is no full lockdown here, I try to stay fit with outdoor activities. Today was a busy day at work again, so it was very nice that I could go out for a cycling training. I went to some (small) hills to also train at a higher intensity. That wouldn't have been necessary though, since the wind made it quite intense already...

    I was talking to an organizer of a local cycling club. Sadly they stopped cycling. Their reasoning was that if one cycles through a large area they will expose themselves to more pathogens than they would walking.

    Fortunately I live in a place with really steep hills so I can still get some exercise walking.
