In my previous Actifit post I want to write Actifit report everyday, but I obviously failed in doing that. How on earth does some hiver can keep writing and posting? Give me some of your super power....
My weight today was 78.55 kg. So it's gone up 0.75 kg. Hopefully I can go down even further to the magic number of just 70 kg.
10000 counts might reduce my weight
I don't know, but more movement means more calories being used so scientifically I should loose weight if I am doing this constantly. Not easy, but worth trying at least 5000 counts per day.
Doing it all at home
If I can do it at home mostly during the evening, I guess it is not impossible to achieve. Hopefully I can do at least 200 of this @actifit report.
