Dear friends
The peace of the world is necessary, at this time, the situation of conflict and war posed by the invasion of Ukraine by Russia. There has been destruction of cities and towns, with loss of human and material lives.
One aspect that should not be overlooked is the forced emigration of Ukrainian citizens, which has impacted the economy of neighboring countries. Additionally, there is an unavoidable reality such as the shortage of cereals and other basic necessities.
Today, Sunday, I offer my prayers to Almighty God that the war may cease and that the needs of the Ukrainian people may be alleviated.

La paz del mundo se hace necesaria, en estos momentos, la situación de conflicto y guerra planteado por la invasión de Ucrania por parte de Rusia. Se ha presentado destrucción de ciudades y pueblos, con perdidas de vidas humanas y materiales.
Un aspecto que no se debe obviar es la de la emigración forzosa de los ciudadanos ucranianos, que han impactado la economía de los países vecinos. Adicionalmente, se está presentando una realidad ineludible como lo es el desabastecimiento de cereales y otros productos de primera necesidad.
Hoy día domingo, mis plegarias las ofrezco a Dios omnipotente para que cese la guerra y se alivien las necesidades del pueblo de Ucrania.
