I have a slight obsession with making cuttings (flowers) and growing them. I think it is 4 years ago, I made one cutting of a grey plant, and since that one cutting, I have made 100s of new plants from that single cutting. In any case, today was a good and busy day. I planted some new plants, I drank some beers, and I tried to enjoy life. Please see below some images of my day in the garden and my favourite pub.

After actively gardening for four or five years now, the plants still amaze me every day. Sometimes the sun just falls in the right way to light up the plants so that their beauty stands out.

The Story About the Grey Bush: Planting New Plants

The grey bush, I need to still find its name after all these years, have become a small obsession with me. It makes easy cuttings, or it grows so easy from cuttings. I really have 100s of them around the garden. It is a ground cover plant so it takes over. But when it flowers, it is an absolute beauty. These images I took today are still at the early stages of blooming. Again, all of these flowers came from one cutting 5 years ago.

Celebrating Life at the Pub

This pub has been a family tradition the last ten years. Every time we get the chance to visit, we go there. Their beers are legendary and I cannot walk out of the pub without having tried some new beers. In any case, I hope you have been actively living your life. Stay safe, and have a cold one!
