Hello everyone!
During a walk in the woods we came across a lizard posing for photos.
It was of the genus Zootoca vivipara, also called the mountain lizard, which has an elongated body and short legs. They have coarse scales, the color of the back of which varies from gray and brown to bronze and green. Male lizards are usually darker than females.
Viviparous lizards can reach up to 18 cm in length, but are usually between 10 and 16 cm long.
Enjoy!
