I used the outdoor gym in the burning sun and enjoyed being alone.
The bike does not train your legs so much but the seat is so hard that it trains your butt and also the posture very well and it is at a sunny corner so its much more intense because of the sun.
I think I did about 1,5-2 hours and also a nice walk in the evening with some meditation and stretching to digest.
I realized I finally gained some weight and am not so super ripped anymore. Unfortunately I did not work out so much as eating made me lazy so its mostly fat.
