Today I was super hungry so I kept eating in the morning, went for a smoke, enjoyed the sun, then walked and did some workout. I finally found a place very close to collect rosemary, eiskraut and another wild herb. The rosemary had beautiful purple blossoms.
In the evening the same again to the castle and around and again.
Had my sweet twice dish which is right now
3 bananas
1 hand oats
Some wild blueberries
1 big hand sprouted buckwheats
1 big hand sprouted sunflower seeds
Combined with self made Soja Joghurt
Sometimes some walnuts, dates or cocoa nibs are added
Now i am going to fry some eggplant, zucchini, red onions and peppers, add soja sauce and buckwheat and this will be my dinner including the fresh wild rosemary. Ah and tomato and line seed oil to protect against humans the sun. And redbeets for the blood oxygen level.
Don’t forget sunscreen is unhealthy and racist.
