I feel some change in me. A big change. Positive. Very positive.
Started the day with a joint and some meditation as most days at the moment. Then yoga sun salutations and the last days I have always been to the beach. I do not know if I will leave next to a beach next year so I want to enjoy it as often as possible.
Some swimming, some running, some yoga, meditation and my sweet dish. What a life.
It was windy so very few people have been at the beach. But when I ran I saw many at the bar. Almost nobody was doing sports or swimming but these people had enough motivation to poison themselves. Sad. Very sad...
Luckily I am not like this any more. Luckily I am happy with just being myself. I love living my life. I can do yoga or other sports all day or relax and meditate and feel outstanding.
I hope you will reach this point some day.
