It rained when I was walking this morning after only a few rounds. 😢 So, I did zumba dancing instead inside the house.
I broke a lot of sweat. I LOVE IT! 😍 I also started doing abdominal workout today, mostly planking--any planking variations I know. I can only guess that my abdomen will sore tomorrow! Hahaha! 😂
