With Winter fast approaching and the weather out getting colder every day, I noticed that Brownie and I are taking shorter walks when we go out. To help offset this decline in activity, I have started to use the treadmill in the evening. I am starting out with a short walk of only 25 minutes and plan to work my way up to a hour each day. Each day I will increase the length of time I spend on the treadmill until I reach my goal and can maintain it.
