I had an average day at the office. I consulted a total of 23 patients. I examined 4 patients who came for the visa medical tests. I also took the PCR samples from a few people.
I didn't get time to walk on the treadmill. However I went out for a short walk after office with my kid and wife.
I was able to achieve 10k plus steps before 10pm which is a win. Here is the proof
