Assalamu Alaikum! How are things there? Hopefully, you are having a fantastic time. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report for Thursday (17 Mar 2022).

Although I just made 10k plus steps Yesterday, it wasn't a healthy day for me. I couldn't walk on the treadmill. The steps were made by the routine walks in clinic & home and in between my office, home & mosque.

Yesterday I consulted over 50 patients and examined 14 people who came for the visa medical check-up. So, it was a bit stressful day at my office.

171 new confirmed COVID19 cases were detected in the previous 24 hours (according to the data on 17 Mar 2022). Few days in raw without any official COVID19 related death in Oman.

Last night it was a full moon in Oman. Today early morning, before dawn, I took a few moon photographs.

Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?
