Assalamu Alaikum! How are you, fellow actifiters! Hope that you are living an active and healthy life. I am fine too, Alhamdulillah. Here is the actifit report on the 20th of March, 2022.

For the next one month or more, looks like I won't be able to walk on the treadmill. After doing 10 and a half hours of duty, it is not feasible to walk on the treadmill. Moreover, it is always after midnight when I go to sleep because my son usually sleeps after midnight. The steps are being recorded by the actifit app, those are due to routine walks in home and office and in between. The app is always open.

Yesterday, I consulted 46 patients in my chamber. Although I was busy the whole time, Alhamdulillah, no emergency cases came. In the visa section, 48 people came for the check-up.

Prior to three days to the 20th of March, new confirmed COVID19 cases were 325 in Oman. No new death during that period. It is good data!
