Today I worked so my activity was down. Didn't get the usual lunch run in but I did some high rep low weight chest sets to get the heart going. Really need a fitbit as I'm using the phone sensor which won't pick up my stationery resistant workouts.
On yesterday, it was my first full day of Actifit and I am so pumped. I usually either go for a 5km run at 10km/h pulling my 105kg frame, or a resistance weight session. How fitting that my first day of Actifit is my rest day ...
The day started with a light walk to our local cafe with me and the little one to have our weekly treat together.
Then we played a little bit of basketball together, working on our balling skills and staying active together. Healthy habits start young.
Speaking of good habits we needed to do our chores out in the yard.
Tomorrow I'll be back to smashing out my goals. I'm looking to hit 100kg in the new year and leaning up. ACTIFIT gonna help me get there!
