Daily stretching starting with full out stretches and follow up by a brief morning meditations. I have installed this app meditopia to help me keeping track of my meditation practice. Then I went on dancing a bit while playing some catchy music and just enjoy shaking up all my belly fat if any left. I have lost about 2 kg this month and I was eating like less than 3 times per day. I did intermittent fasting almost every day and it was satisfying. Keep on journaling your health habit. Thanks to that someone remind me about this apps. Now trying it if it's still working.
