Hello actifitters! I just had a quick jog tonight to boost my mood. It really feels good to have used actifit after awhile. I have been really busy with work and households lately. I have been very unorganized as well with my tasks and schedule. Just like the ordinary days, procrastination just keeps visiting me but I try to remind myself that I shouldn't let it control me and I need to do something else to motivate me so I can finish my tasks one at a time.
I am glad to reach atleast 5k actifit steps today. I actually feel a bit under the weather but I forced myself to get some endorphins. Anyway, I hope I can do more again soon. Have a wonderful week ahead everyone!
