I have taken long without posting though I have been making over 5k steps , I guess due to lack of morale.
I am glad that I made over 15k steps today and was motivated to post hehe.
I traveled to our capital city Kampala Uganda to meet a friend though I forgot to take a pic with him, I will take a pic the next time I meet him on Thursday.
It was a great day catching up as we even had lunch together, hope to add on more on Thursday.
I later in the evening met up with some other friends and watched football in the nearby artificial turf here.
