In a "Do A Ruck Today" contest with a bunch of colleagues.
I'm kicking butt or did at least last week. Rucked a total of 41.8km at 6hrs and 57 minutes which put me in first place for the week.
That's 41k with 50lbs strapped to my back. Rucking is the most under-rated workout going. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
