Getting back in to a running set. Need to up the cardio
Went out for a quick run at lunch. Sure was hot. Seemed to be of time wise and pace. Working up to a bigger run in Sept. Hope to be back on pace.
Trying to work on getting some running in between the rucking that I've been doing. Don't get me wrong rucking is hella good cardio but nothing like a straight out run.
