Maybe mowing for fitness will catch on?

I dont know what you all think but maybe this mowing for fitness will catch on. I did another 3k pushing the mower.

Seems to work 😀. Legs are good and sore like after a ruck. Got the heart rate up to 124 - okay so not that high, but hey I'm killing two birds with one stone.

Whatever you are doing keep it up. Keep moving and stay healthy!
